Join Senior Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Mentor, Kaya Slater for 7 Days of Pure Bliss and Deep Exploration of Self, in wonderous Himachal Pradesh in Northern India.
Let us retreat to Mother India together and enjoy a deeply divine exploration of Yoga in all of its many powerful expressions. Kaya's intuition, training and experience and love for life, give her the ability to weave a powerful umbrella of skills and tools together to bring a deeply profound healing experience to those she meets and work/plays with.
Your retreat includes 7 days of Asana, Pranayama (breath) and Raja Yoga/ Meditation, Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Naad Yoga (Yoga of sound), Mantra and much much more. Your practice will be enhanced by the peace and serenity of Mirage Andretta, a retreat center surrounded by the beauty of the magical Dhauladhar Mountain Range.
